Swift help

1. Post pickup, dropoff, and your offer in USD on Book.

2. Nearby riders get notified. They can accept your price or send a counter-offer.

3. Accept a rider on your track page — then follow live updates until delivered.

Riders: register on PaTom Connect as a driver, go available, and open Swift jobs in the driver app.

Payments: Cash on delivery or EcoCash escrow (held until delivery, then released to your rider).

Package safety (senders & riders)

Senders must declare what is in the package and confirm it is not prohibited. Riders verify at pickup — if contents do not match or look unsafe, they can decline and the trip is cancelled without delivery.

Not allowed on Swift:

• Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, or ammunition
• Unsealed liquids, flammables, or hazardous chemicals
• Large undeclared cash or high-value items without agreement
• Live animals (except approved service cases)
• Anything that violates Zimbabwe law or PaTom terms

Riders: Driver earnings shows today's earnings and escrow. Sender sees your public profile link on the track page once assigned.
